Care 4 Needy Copts recognizes that literacy is more than just the ability to read and write; it’s a powerful tool for empowerment. In Egypt, many needy Copts face significant barriers to quality education, limiting their opportunities and hindering their ability to contribute fully to their communities.
We are dedicated to breaking down these barriers through our comprehensive literacy initiatives. Our programs provide essential skills and resources, enabling individuals to unlock their full potential and navigate the world with confidence.
How We Make a Difference
1. Educating Mothers to Strengthen Families
We conduct 25 literacy classes, reaching 450 mothers annually. By educating these women, we equip them with the skills to:
- Support their children’s education – Helping them guide their families toward a brighter future.
- Gain financial independence – Teaching practical skills to generate income.
2. Vocational Training for Sustainable Income
Beyond literacy, we provide hands-on training in crafting:
- Handmade bags – Fan cover- Costume jewelry- Liquid soap- Detergent – Baskets
These skills enable mothers to earn an income, improving their families’ livelihoods while fostering self-reliance.
